Due to Ontario's Covid-19 restrictions, the funeral home can only accommodate up to 35 people in the funeral home at one time for the visitation. Guests must be wearing their masks and allow for proper social distancing. The funeral home will be enforcing the 2-metre rule for any lineup that should occur during the visitation.

King, Carolyn Anne (Née Kelly)
Passed away peacefully at home with her family by her side on Thursday, September 16, 2021in her 76th year. Beloved Wife of Ed King for over 42 years. Loving Mother of Lori Middleton, Stacey King and Dan King. Cherished grandmother of Claire, and Paige Gravelle, Reanna Lerias, Justin (Meagan) Middleton and Lorne Middleton. Dear great grandmother of Sierra and Jayde Middleton, Bexley and Grayson Middleton. Caring sister of Nancy (Ralph) Day, Brian (Fran) Kelly and Bruce (Donna) Kelly. Carolyn will be fondly remembered by her dear friend Maureen Manning, Sharon Hicks, many nieces, nephews and extended family and friends. Friends are invited to attend the visitation that will be held on Tuesday, September 21, 2021 from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. at the Steckley-Gooderham Funeral Home, 30 Worsley Street, Barrie. The funeral service to honor Carolyn’s life will be held the next day on Wednesday, September 22, 2021 at 11:00 a.m. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Elmvale Food Bank or the Women and Children's Shelter of Barrie would greatly be appreciated by the family.
