Peacefully passed at home in Barrie with family by her side on Tuesday, October 18th, 2022 at the age of 78 years. Beloved wife of Fred Volkmar Schwarz. Loving mother of Michael (James), Steven (Jilla) and Mark (Nicole). Proud grandmother (Oma) of Hannah, Alexander, Samantha, Isabelle, Eric, Elise, Lola and Maximillian. Predeceased by her parents Franz and Johanna Winkler and her brother Manfred (1962). Will be missed by extended family members and dear friends.
In keeping with Hannelore’s wishes, cremation has taken place. Arrangements entrusted to the Steckley-Gooderham Funeral Home, 30 Worsley St., Barrie. A Celebration of Life will be held at the Southshore Community Centre, 205 Lakeshore Dr., Barrie on Sunday, November 20th, 2022 from 2-5 pm.
