WINGATE, Inez
Passed peacefully at the Royal Victoria Regional Health Centre, Barrie on November 19, 2025 at the age of 93. Predeceased by her son Herbert Wingate (Penny) and daughter Susan Wingate. Loving mother of Jean Wingate, Iris Wingate, Daniel McGibbon, Stephen Wingate, and Donna Wingate (Gerry). Cherished grandmother of Kenneth Wingate, Melissa Wingate, Karna Irwin, Amber Irwin, and numerous great grandchildren. Survived by her sister Lorna Bennett.
Cremation has taken place, with arrangements entrusted to the Steckley-Gooderham Funeral Home, 30 Worsley St., Barrie. A celebration of life will be held for Inez on Saturday, November 29, 2025 from 1 – 4 PM at 75 Ameila St., Barrie in the Common Room.
