Muriel passed away peacefully on Wednesday, December 10, 2025 at the age of 95. Predeceased by her husband Charles Lambert. Honoured mother of Diane Jacoby and Doug Totten. Will be sadly missed by her two cherished grandchildren and two great grandchildren. Predeceased by one grandchild. Will be fondly remembered by her former son-in-law Klause.
Cremation has taken place, with arrangements entrusted to the Steckley-Gooderham Funeral Home, 30 Worsley St., Barrie. In keeping with Muriel’s wishes, a private family gathering will follow at a later date.
The family would like to take this opportunity to extend their heartfelt gratitude to the staff and volunteers at Chartwell Allandale Assisted Living in Barrie for their compassionate care of Muriel.
