It is with profound sadness that Pauline's family announces her passing in her 94th year on October 7th, 2022 at the Grove Park Home, Barrie On.

Predeceased by her husband of 64 years Ronald (2015) who adored her as much as she did him, parents Cecile and Alcide Laframboise, grandson Patrick Thompson & 6 of her siblings. Survived by her ever loving children Rhonda Masters (David), Kevin Gubb (Trisha), Diane Mulryan (Michael), Karen Scott (Peter) and Susan Keeping (Kory). Pauline was a loving grandmother to Christopher, Trisha (Mike), Kendal (Steve), Chris (Brittany), Brent (Leslie), Chastity (Jamie), Scott, Sarah (Shane), Samantha (Mark) and Rebecca. She also leaves behind 14 great grandchildren, 4 great great grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews and her surviving brothers and sisters Norm, Richard, Roger, Annette, Julie, Nickie, Marie and Larry.

Pauline loved the outdoors and growing up as a camp guide at her parents lodge on Talon Lake, in North Bay. After marrying in 1951, she and Ronald moved to Timmins in 1962 and would later retire to Midland & Barrie in 2005.

Aside from nurturing & raising her 5 children, Pauline was a gracious & caring host for anyone who graced the doorsteps of her home and cottage. Her infectious laugh made all who knew her, love her. Time spent with family, friends & fishing at Kenogamissi Lake was an immense pleasure to her.  Her ability to make all people feel comfortable was reflective of her work with Welcome Wagon.

Pauline has left her family with the lasting legacy where we learned the values of love, compassion, tenderness, understanding and tolerance mixed with a firm grip of fairness and equity.

The family would like to express their deep gratitude to Dr. Bruce McTurk and to the wonderful staff at Grove Park Home, with special thanks for their kindness to Karen, Stephanie and Mary.

We will miss you mom but take comfort that you're back in the arms of your beloved husband Ron.

Funeral service will take place on Saturday, October 15th, 2022 at 1:00 p.m at the Steckley-Gooderham Funeral Home, 30 Worsley Street., Barrie.
